Ceramic artist Guylène Galantine lives and works in Roubaix. In 2018, she trained in hand-building techniques at the Ateliers Jouret. She has a particular fondness for chamotte stoneware for its raw and irregular texture. Hand-shaped in natural white stoneware and glazed on the inside, the Flat & Thin vase belongs to a very limited series of pieces. Each one is unique, with slight variations in form that result from the handmade process.
