Delivery
  • When will my order be shipped?
    • Any order made Monday, will be processed the same day or the next day.
    • Any order made Tuesday to Friday before 1:00 pm will be processed the same day*.
    • Any order made after 1:00 pm, Monday to Thursday, will be processed the next day*.
    • Orders made after 1:00 pm on Friday until Sunday evening will be processed on the following Monday morning.
    • Any order made Monday to Friday before 1:00 pm will be processed the same day*.

    * Please note that during publics holidays, private sales, general sales and collection launches, this time frame may be extended to 8 working days. Your parcel's transit time must be added to this.

  • When will I be delivered and what are the delivery charges?

    In France:

    *Deliveries are provided by Colissimo or Chronopost and must be signed for.

    **Standard delivery to a pick-up point is free when you spend €150 or more.

     

    Colissimo home delivery: €6 - 2 to 3 working days.

    Colissimo pick-up point delivery: €4 - 2 to 3 working days.

    Chronopost express home delivery: €10 – 1 working day.

     

    Elsewhere:

    *Deliveries are provided by different Colissimo partners in different countries and must be signed for.

    **Delivery charges and times vary by country.

    **For deliveries outside mainland France, administration and/or customs charges may be applied by the courier.

    Home delivery: from €8 - 5 to 10 working days

    Pick-up point delivery (certain countries only): from €8 - 3 to 5 working days

  • How can I track my order?

    When your order is dispatched, you will be sent an email with your Colissimo tracking number.

    You can also go to "My orders" in your account to check the status of and track an order.

  • Can you have something delivered to store?

    You can't currently have items delivered to a Sessùn store.

  • I'm worried as I haven't received my parcel. What should I do?

    If you haven't had a delivery notification card and are expecting to have received your order by now, based on our typical delivery times, please contact our customer services team via the contact form or hello@sessun.com. We will find a solution: don't worry!

  • My parcel has been returned to sender. What should I do?

    Don't worry: upon receipt you will receive a refund.
