Since its launch in 2014, the Divine bag has become an iconic piece of Sessùn collections.
This unique design has maintained the same construction and dimensions for a decade, while revealing a multitude of variations, each one created to resonate with the accompanying collection.
a design that evolved
With its instantly recognizable design, it has not only inspired countless combinations of colors and materials, but also evolved into a variety of new forms, resulting in truly unique creations.
From the Divia cellphone pouch to the large-format Yiela tote, Sessùn’s distinctive artistry and the expertise of our partners have infused these different bags with the ‘soul’ of the Divine, culminating in the smallest version yet, the Divinou. Now, more than ever, the Divine represents a signature piece in Sessùn’s collections.

To celebrate its tenth anniversary, we invited a selection of artists and artisans from our creative community to reinterpret the Divine using their invaluable techniques and unique skills.
Whether made using embroidery, patchwork, ceramics, glass or wood, the works had to be crafted using artisanal techniques and adhere to a single rule: they must adopt the actual dimensions of our iconic bag, measuring 17 cm x 22 cm x 5.5 cm.

« Divine palette: exploring colors & textures »
a collective exhibition
We chose to bring all the works together in a collective exhibition and share these original and inspired creations with as broad an audience as possible. The exhibition “Divine Palette: Exploring Colors and Textures” will tour several of our stores around the world, starting with an initial presentation in Madrid from September 19th to October 4th.
This initiative aligns perfectly with our goal as a Mission-Driven Company to “promote craftsmanship, artistic professions, and textile know-how.” We have financed all the production costs of the works, which will not be sold but will instead join our collection of artisanal and artistic pieces.

To celebrate this special anniversary, we designed a bag whose name and clasp pay homage to the Divine, thus perpetuating its heritage whilst writing a new chapter in the history of Sessùn creations.
It is within the confident, clean lines of the Diviluz, a blend of allure and craftsmanship, that our iconic bag transforms, reemerging in a contemporary version that celebrates the beauty of a rich heritage.
